Department of Educational Planning
-    Cooperation in the preparation of structures, patterns and techniques proper for the design and development of training programs of the center with the university headquarter.
-    Implementation of regulations, guidelines and educational rules issued by the university headquarter.
-    Doing research and training and academic studies to improve the quality of educational programs and curriculum of the center and benefiting from the experiences of other countries in related areas and development of educational projects to present to the University headquarter.
-    Performing training need assessment activities and preparation or recommendation of the educational structure required in the center employment fields.
-    Guiding and providing consulting services to organizations and administrative units and applicant institutions to develop curricula in coordination with relevant departments of the University headquarter.
-    Implementation of standards and optimal learning conditions of each of the courses of curriculum.
-    Continuous assessment of the curricula and suggesting their revision to solve their problems and mistakes, and to update and promote educational content according to the needs of the occupational areas to university headquarter.
-    Implementation of the guidelines, approvals and regulations of the Higher Council for Educational Planning and the provincial Planning Commission and expert groups for planning curriculum and setting up the relevant agenda.
-    Forming provincial planning committees and scientific - specialized committees and provide the necessary reports to the university headquarter and the chancellor.
-    Offering to develop education and academic programs to evaluate and approve curricula in the competent authorities.
-    Identifying centers, scientific - specialized societies, production and industrial units and so on and selecting and introducing powerful people for educational planning and creating a database of curriculum development specialists to the university headquarter.
-    Organizing and applying the capacity outside the center to develop and offer a curriculum revision.
-    Planning and holding required workshops and training sessions.
-    Pursuing approval of educational and curriculum programs and announcing the enforcement units.
-    Documenting processes, intelligent automation of work flow within the approved rules and regulations and submitting the required reports to the relevant authorities.
-    Need assessment of applicants to build capacity in economic and administrative sectors.
-    Suggesting educational priorities and measures for good enforcement of vocational training courses at the provincial level.
-    Collaborating with University headquarter in the development of national policies in the field of development of technical and vocational training at the provincial level.
-    Participation in developing different levels of education of vocational training with the university headquarter.
-    Organizing relevant activities and division of labor and assigning tasks and responsibilities and powers of supervised employees.
-    Supervising the preparation of letters, instructions, etc. referral from a superior officer.
-    Participation in commissions, seminars and meetings and preparing required reports to present to a higher officer.
-    Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.
